PARENTS - YOUR HELP IS NEEDED!
For this event to be successful it takes parents who generously give their time, talents, and financial support!
While it's tradition for Junior and Senior parents to throw the party for the graduating class, parents from the Freshman and Sophomore classes are also encouraged to get involved. **Volunteers must be PARENTS or GUARDIANS of graduates. Siblings of graduates who would like to volunteer must be over the age of 25.

Please consider pitching in to help out in any of the following areas:

Volunteer for a 2 to 3 hour shift - during the night of the party.
This is our greatest need. Over 100 volunteers will be needed that night.

Join the Grad Party Planning Committee! The Grad Party Planning Committee is a parent run organization. You can help to plan and organize the party by joining one of our planning committees. Planning meetings start in January and parents of students in any grade level are welcome. Click here if you are interested in serving on the Grad Party Planning Committee.

Make a donation of money or prizes! Donations fuel this event and help to keep our party registration fee affordable so all graduates have an opportunity to attend. Click the Donate tab above if you wish to make an online donation.

Parents of Seniors: When donating, please keep in mind that all Seniors must register and pay the $65 registration fee separately from any parent donation.

The budget for the grad party is over $24,000 per year, funded solely through donations & registration fees.

Donations from parents, local businesses, and community organizations fund more than 60% of the party costs.

The registration fees charged to students cover less than 40% of the party costs.
